Positive: Pretty lakeview, Japanese style room, all the ammenities, use of onsen. The VERY comfortable chair and pillow. I liked the unique smell of the tatami.
Negative: It was grat for one night stay but for more it might be a bit small.
Summary: Most comfortable pillow ever.
